Training Options
Every client I work with thrives when they're using a programme that fits them. I offer a range of options that suit everyone, from classic 1:1 PT training to a fully online programme.

1:1 Personal Training
In our 1:1 personal sessions, we’ll start with a consultation to discuss your fitness goals and any concerns. I’ll guide you through a customised workout while ensuring proper form and offering motivation. We’ll finish with a cool-down and a recap of your progress, setting new goals for our next meeting.

2:1 Personal Training
Our 2:1 session will run the same as a 1:1 session, but you will be sharing your time with another person. Sign up with a friend or get paired up with a woman with similar goals to you and you will both get fitter, together!

Semi Private PT
Semi-private PT is a great way to enjoy the PT experience for less money and with a supportive group to keep you engaged, accountable and supported! This is a fantastic option for those with smaller budgets or find gyms intimidating and are held in a fully equipped, exclusively booked space each week.

Online Coaching
Online coaching is great for those who are confident with exercise but need a bit of extra help with accountability and reaching their goals. I will provide you with a personal training plan that can be used either at home or the gym and we will get together weekly on a one-on-one check-in call to keep you motivated and accountable as you progress. Perfect for those that need a flexible training plan.

Hybrid Coaching
Hybrid coaching has all the benefits of online coaching but also offers a 1 hour, once-a-month in person session with me at the gym. Hybrid coaching allows me to check your form, make regular assessments on your progress and keeps you accountable whilst still giving you the flexibility to work out to your own schedule.

Starting Strong 8 week programme
Kickstart your journey to a fitter, healthier you with 8 weeks of personalised calorie and macro goals, two in-person PT sessions, progress photos and a habit-forming training plan, with videos all on an easy-to-use app on your phone!
The perfect option for anyone who wants to start strong and build habits that will last a lifetime.

Once you submit your enquiry form, I’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation, either in person or over the phone.
Consultation
We’ll discuss your goals, training experience, and what you’re looking to get out of PT. This helps me understand how I can best support you.

After our consultation, I’ll send over any additional details and admin bits for you to review.
Getting Started
If you're happy to move forward, we’ll book your first session.

First Session
We’ll go through your personalized program in detail, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable with the plan.

Ongoing Progress
Over the next 6–8 weeks, we’ll work through your program, making adjustments as needed. I’ll also be available for ongoing support, including extra programming for non-PT sessions, nutritional guidance, and any questions you have.
